What intrigues you the most about being an architect?
I enjoy most having a career doing something I love. Being an architect is extremely challenging because it is competitive, and a lot of risk is involved. My prior architectural experience served as a springboard to Forum’s due diligence focus over the past three decades.

Our Story
Ray R. Stoll, Principal, Principal Architect and Founder of Forum, recognized the need for an independent consultancy that would bring the highest level of quality assessment and project integrity to the field of real estate development. In response to this need, he launched Forum Architects & Consultants, Inc. in 1999, and as a firm they have become a renowned tenured group specializing in the areas of real estate & construction due diligence.
